Easy Hairstyle with Claw Clip | Heatless Hairstyle, Perfect for Prom & Weddings

Today’s how to hair tutorial is an easy voluminous half up half down heatless hairstyle using just a claw clip – completely heatless. This half up claw clip hairstyle is perfect for everyone with medium – long hair, and would make the perfect bridal hairstyle, 2025 prom hairstyle, or wedding guest hairstyle. This look can also be recreated if you have shorter hair with extensions, and I have linked a helpful video below for you.

How to Recreate This Half Up Half Down Heatless Hairstyle

1. (optional) Wrap your hair in RobeCurls heatless headband the night before to wake up with beautiful curls, long lasting curls.
2. Start by placing your thumbs in front of your ears and trace upwards to the top of the crown of your head.
3. Section off the top of your hair.
4. Smooth it back with your hands for a soft finish.
5. Next, divide the top section in half, a left and a right.
6. Cross the right section over the left.
7. Then bring the left section up towards the top of your head, keeping everything tight.
8. Grab your claw clip with your left hand and open it nice and wide, and secure it right where the two sections cross.
9. Flip your top ponytail down and gently fan it over the clip.
